国家体育场(鸟巢)是专为奥运而建设的大型体育场，有91,000座,含11,000临时座，多数座有顶棚避雨。国家体育场在北京奥运公园南部，与国家游泳中心(水立方)为邻。北京奥运期间将在此举办奥运开闭幕式、田径和男子足球比赛。

National Stadium is especially constructed for 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, it has 91,000 seats, including 11,000 temporary seats, most of which r provented from raining by ceilings. National Stadium is located in south part of Olympic Green Park, neighboring with National Aquatics Center("Water Cube"). Beijing Olympics will hold opening and closing ceremony, athletics and men's football competetions here.
